Live Sound Engineering

 

Not only do I deal with recorded music, but I am also involved in Live Sound Engineering. A graduate of SSR Manchester, I am eager to gain work as a live sound engineer. My previous credits include working on Alsager Music Festival (which included working with Sam Hollyman from BBC's The Voice UK), engineering for Wigan Live and Standish Live, Grand Northern Ukulele Festival, Chorley Live as well as working with Shawaddywaddy, Platnum, StooShe, Three Degrees, The Real Thing and Ged O'Toole from Frankie Goes To Hollywood. 

 

I currently run a PA Hire Company called MG Audio Solutions. The premise is that if you have a gig/festival/party and you need a PA system, I can drive down, set up and do sound, all for a very reasonable price (varying dependant on location and requirements). I have Public Liability Insurance (PLI), qualifications on Health & Safety in the Workplace, and PAT Tested Equipment including Mackie CFX12 and DL1608 mixing desks, Mackie SRM450's Mackie TH-12 Monitors, and Mackie SW1501 Subs along with a selection of microphones and compressors, and generally gear galore!
